Nicholas has a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Darwin University. He was admitted to practice on 4 September 1995.
Nicholas has substantial legal experience across domestic and international jurisdictions, both in-house and in private practice. He has overseen the provision of litigation services at a senior level for a listed telecommunications company in the UK and enforcement activities for Australia’s corporate regulator. His private practise experience has involved front end commercial documentation and advice as well as the pursuit of litigation before Courts and Tribunals. He has conducted all forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, arbitration and expert determination. He specialises in providing commercial advisory and dispute resolution services for business and private clients.
Nicholas joined Schirripa Commercial Lawyers (as it was then known) in 2011 and became a director of the firm on 1 July 2014.
He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and is a non-practicing solicitor of England and Wales.
