David Schirripa Director

David holds a degree in Economics (majoring in Accounting) and an Honours degree in Law from The University of Adelaide.

In 1995, whilst completing his Honours thesis in Law, David commenced employment with a national law firm in its corporate and commercial division and gained experience in a broad range of commercial areas including property law, company law, trusts, state taxes (land tax, pay-roll tax and stamp duty), income and capital gains tax and business and asset sales.

David then decided to establish his own law firm dedicated to servicing small to medium businesses, family businesses, and property investors whilst becoming a director of several Company Boards. Since establishing the firm in 2008, David’s areas of practice have included debt collection and insolvency, employment law and commercial and civil litigation, in addition to property, commercial and corporate advisory work.

David has had a life-long association with the fresh produce industry. He was the Chair of the South Australian Produce Market Limited from 2010 to 2019.

Given David’s experience in business and corporate leadership roles, his approach to legal matters is commercially driven. Whilst being confident, astute and assertive, David always seeks to find practical, efficient and cost-effective solutions that are in clients’ best interests.

David is a Notary Public and a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
